The 30 Day Stoic audio book

Stoicism is defined by Google as:
the endurance of pain or hardship without the display of feelings and without complaint.Similar: patience, forbearance, resignation, lack of protest
an ancient Greek school of philosophy founded at Athens by Zeno of Citium. The school taught that virtue, the highest good, is based on knowledge; the wise live in harmony with the divine Reason (also identified with Fate and Providence) that governs nature, and are indifferent to the vicissitudes of fortune and to pleasure and pain.
For me, studying the works and literature of such greats as Seneca, Zeno, Epictetus and Marcus Aurelius has turned into a daily practice that provides a positive mindset and sense of centering. I have hand-selected a month's worth of some of my favorite quotes from such Stoic philosophers and compiled them into an audio book for you here.
thank you and enjoy!
